loved our recent stay! Super friendly staff, flexible with extending our stay. Big rooms with a nice view of the chateau. Daily cleaning, free parking, and WiFi that actually works. The simple but satisfying breakfast was a bonus. Even better than our previous visit to Saint-Pierre!
location a bit too secluded

Staff was very good, spoke English very well even though we can understand and speak Italian well.Breakfast was good, rooms spacious and clean.
Even though this hotel advertised a car park, this is not the case. You are expected to park just opposite of the hotel in a public car park if you're lucky to get a space. We had 2 cars and found only 1 space and had to park the other on the road.

The hotel location is in Aosta valley, surrounded by beautiful mountains. Great place for hikers. The room was very spacious. There was good wireless Internet in the room.
Poor breakfast. Bathroom design could be better (for example there were not enough towel holders). No elevator. Room lighting was not bright enough. Entirely, the hotel provides only a very basic comfort and the price is a little too high for the provided breakfast.

I had a wonderful stay at this charming hotel surrounded by beautiful mountains. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, providing excellent service from the moment I contacted them. They even accommodated my request to change the dates of my stay with short notice, showing great flexibility. The room I stayed in had a marvelous view of the castle and was spacious enough for two adults. Despite some minor issues like a draft from the glass door and weak Wi-Fi signal, the room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast buffet, although not an American-style breakfast, was satisfactory with a variety of cereals. The hotel also includes free breakfast in the rate, which is a great value for money.
My stay at this hotel was fantastic and I couldn't find anything to be improved.

This hotel provides good value for money. The prices are reasonable and the attention to detail is commendable. The location is perfect, situated just outside Aosta but still within close proximity to the city. The staff are extremely friendly and always ready to help. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a nice balcony offering beautiful views. The breakfast, included in the rate, offers a variety of options including cereals.
Everything was perfect, couldn't ask for more.

Enjoyed staying at this cozy hotel during the New Year season. The hotel is situated in a beautiful mountainous location with breathtaking views. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, equipped with a fridge and a large bathroom. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of food items.

Got to ski!
What a disappointment. The hotel was a mess. The breakfast was mediocre and the room was cramped. On the positive side, the staff was friendly and they offered good advice for skiing. The location was close to the slopes. That's the only reason we came!
We won't be back.
